I see my career as a portfolio. It’s been a series of projects, each shaping the next in ways I couldn’t always predict. What I built and learned along the way evolved my perspective and the opportunities that followed.
It started with leadership coaching in housing, laying a path to the sustainability movement—leading to the creation of both a firm and a nonprofit. Success, I found, often hinged on one thing: funding. So, I went to a business school that specialized in sustainable systems to decode finance and learn the mechanics of lean startups.
Post-MBA, I turned to venture building—launching a SaaS in climate action planning and another venture in sustainable agriculture. Then life rerouted me. My son arrived 12 weeks early, and I paused everything for him.
Three years later, I returned to work, diving into new projects—overhauling an Enterprise Operating System for an institution and then generating a business model for an industrial housing think tank. Each challenge was a maze of stakeholder dynamics and partnerships, peppered with go-to-market campaigns, demanding robust design thinking and MVP principles.
Along the way, I adopted EOS™, OKRs, and KPIs—not just as frameworks but as a tradecraft. Mark it. Measure it. Move it. My role often became that of a cross-functional integrator, ensuring alignment, momentum, and trust. The journey taught me growth isn’t just about time-to-value; it’s about synchronized momentum, running on an operating system that everyone believes in. It’s about resisting the lure of quick fixes, staying patient, and earning trust through consistency and reliability.
Now, I aim to shift from episodic project work to a long-term role. I’m searching for a remarkable company where my foundational range accelerates co-valence among specialists and their teams. The technicals... Project work trained me to absorb details fast, adapt at speed, and execute with purpose.
