We use AI every day.
Like me, maybe you've felt where it falls short— forgetting between sessions, we keep fixing the same kinds of things, it agrees with everything we say, and somehow it causes us to drift from what actually matters.
I took on an AI challenge I wasn't sure I was qualified to do, and built a self-sustaining ecosystem of AI agents in Claude Code — a Chief of Staff at the center, running dozens of agents. Each has a job description and accountability.
I let the build process take over, which led to spending way too much time in this phase, even for a slow-going non-technical person with no coding experience like me. I was planning for 3 months. That didn't happen.
Now I'm trying to find out whether it would help anyone but me. I built it in Claude Code, but that's not the right platform for everyone. Wouldn't it be awesome if I could bring Claude Code with me — my machine, my playbooks, everything I learned — and translate it into the AI you already use: Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT?
So that's the experiment.
Sometimes it feels like a chatbot session starts from zero. You re-explain who you are, what you're building, how you like things, and what you already worked through last time — and that's frustrating. Here, the system writes what it learns to files, because anything left inside a conversation disappears when it ends. So the moment you close a session, what it learned propagates — any chat you open later can reach back and carry it forward. The relationship compounds instead of resetting.
And maybe you've felt the other half of it: your work scattered across tools — files in one model, chats in another, threads you can't find without remembering where you left them. Some of us even keep a list by hand just to track where things live. Here, the system knows where all of it is. From any chat, in any tool, it reaches across everything you've built and brings what you need front and center — All from a single chatbot. You stop hunting; it comes to you.
Sometimes the thing you're correcting looks a lot like a fix you've already made. That's because LLMs were designed to grab the quickest patch and move on. Here, the system pauses — and records the mistake to a file, right next to the correct version. A trigger watches for it, so the next time it's about to happen, the system catches itself and does it right. The first fix rarely catches everything, so when a near-cousin slips through, it runs that comparison again — each time the issue returns in a new shape. It surfaces less and less, with longer gaps between. Recursive learning.
Maybe you've felt how agreeable AI can be. A Chief of Staff is the opposite — it says the thing you need to hear. It's always beside you, continually learning about you — a trusted thinking partner, and a reliable operator that keeps the agents it coordinates moving until the outcome is realized — until the ROI is in.
When your day-to-day starts drifting from your strategy, it names it — and asks if you meant to.
It looks around the corners and flags friction before it lands.
It signals when the team is about to invest in something that might not return.
From inside the jar, it's hard to read the label. The CoS is your outside set of eyes.
A lot of us ran our businesses on OKRs long before AI — a trusted way to keep a team pointed at what matters. Here, they're folded into the system's governance, so the whole thing steers by them: every agent, every decision pointing the same direction. And the OKR layer goes a step further: when the OKR agent catches a drift, its recursive loop fires — it looks at how the system let the drift slip through and rebuilds so it's a little harder to drift next time, returning a little more of your time and tokens with each pass.
We work together to customize, install, and train your system — in exchange for your experience and feedback. We start July 13th.
Two 45-minute sessions a week, for four weeks.
You own what we build. It lives on your machine — so that's where we work.
You'll be hands-on. We build it together, around how you actually work.
You'll know what to expect at every step — no surprises.
I'm there right alongside you the entire way.
I don't leave until you're earning the return that proves this was the right decision.
